Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, has left a mark across the screens. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. The next year was not long after when she relocated to Texas. There, she embarked on a profession in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on various acting roles on local independent films, as well as worldwide commercials. Even the small roles did not stop her from finding out that she loved acting. After moving from New York, in 2001 she was offered her first acting role for the television show All My Children. There were minor roles in JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men at the beginning of 2000. In 2004, her first major show was The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain was fortunate to have starred alongside many notable TV stars, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch. Her most famous role was Law & Order, where she portrayed A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. Then she joined the shorter-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. The character of De La Garza was recognized with several nominations for the show, including Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She has also been awarded ALMA Award nods. In 2008, she received the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a reprise role in CSI Miami a few moments further. The role was Marisol Delko, the spouse of David Caruso's Horatio. She was the character Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm. It was pulled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is of Italian origin and is the younger sister of Cory who is ten years older than her. She was brought up in a conservative, religious family. Milano began her acting career at the age of seven old. Babysitters took her along for the first audition. She was one of four girls chosen from more than 1,000 aspirants. Milano appeared in TV commercials as well as off Broadway shows, like the American first musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
